In 2026, our management organization will consist of 19 employees with competencies in:

• Area-specific property maintenance

About the position

We are looking for one or two area-specific property caretakers for our operations unit. You will be a key person in the work with:

• Property maintenance, operations, and upkeep
• Responsibility for a specific area within the cooperative
• Daily contact with residents and suppliers

Note: The work can be physically demanding at times, especially during winter for ice control and when moving waste containers.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good personal qualities and enjoys meeting people
• Has experience in property maintenance or similar work
• Has property-related professional knowledge or education (preferable)
• Holds a Category B driving license (requirement)
• Has good physical condition and is comfortable with heavier tasks
