Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Spare Parts Editor to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Transform technical design specifications into clear, accurate, and user-friendly spare parts information.
• Produce parts lists and exploded views to support workshop technicians in daily repair and maintenance work.
• Ensure all vehicle-specific spare parts data is correct, updated, and accessible in the global online workshop system.
• Contribute to continuous improvements throughout the product development cycle by supporting multiple parallel projects.
• Participate in the implementation of a new production system that enhances efficiency and improves spare parts content quality.
• Help shape new, interactive methods for presenting spare parts information based on workshop needs and user insights.
• Collaborate closely with a team of Spare Parts Editors, sharing knowledge and ensuring consistent, high-quality information across brands.

What you bring:

• A university or college qualification in engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• A solution-oriented and proactive approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Strong planning, coordination, and prioritization skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Confidence working with digital tools and an eagerness to learn new systems and platforms.
• Experience within the heavy vehicle industry, which is considered a strong advantage.
