Do you want to work closely with the business, drive improvements, and lead a team towards high quality and efficiency? Our client is now looking for a Team Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to be a clear and present part of the daily work.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the processes in the warehouse maintain high quality and that workflows are efficient. You work data-driven and follow up on KPIs such as productivity. You are a natural team player who creates engagement within the team and ensures that everyone has the right conditions to succeed.

An important part of the role is to drive improvement work, both through your own initiatives and by following up on existing routines. For this position, you will initially be employed by Insitepart and work as a consultant at our client's site, with a good opportunity for extension or direct takeover by the client company.

Main responsibilities: 

• Ensures high results in warehouse processes • Leads and develops the team • Drives improvement work • Works closely with the warehouse manager and team manager • Is a present leader who, when needed, steps in to pick/pack and shows the way in the team • Follows up on deviations and ensures order in the flows

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience from a similar position and that you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
