Your Responsibilities

• Be responsible for projects in land and construction, from initiation to completion
• Work closely with management and skilled workers to ensure a good work environment
• Manage financial and production follow-up
• Ensure that the work complies with applicable regulations such as AMA and AB04
• Drive projects towards set goals regarding time, quality, and budget

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone with administrative strength, a secure sense of structure, and an interest in developing towards an operational and leadership role. You need to have a B driver's license and good computer skills.

To succeed in the role, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are driven, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with other professional groups, adapting your communication to the situation and target audience.
