ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a field technician for NIO where you will step into an independent role focused on ensuring operational reliability at sites around the Stockholm area. The work is varied; one moment you will be engaged in proactive maintenance, which includes regular inspections and keeping the site clear of snow, ice, and leaves. The next moment you will handle emergency troubleshooting. When alarms come in, you will act quickly and independently to locate and resolve faults at the station, whether the problem lies in connections, hardware, or software. Additionally, during the winter's challenges, you will also assist our customers on-site with practical solutions, such as performing battery replacements.

The assignment is initially for 3 months.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure that battery replacements are carried out smoothly and that customers receive a first-class service experience. Our sites are open every day of the week from 7 AM to 10 PM, where you and your colleagues take turns being responsible for the site.

  • Assist users with battery replacements if problems arise.
  • Daily inspection and maintenance of equipment
  • Troubleshooting issues such as battery replacements
  • Keep records of maintenance and operational data

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Have experience in a similar role within field service or technical support.
  • Are studying at a post-secondary level or have another main occupation of at least 50%.
  • Have good technical understanding and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
  • Possess advanced problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Have a valid driver's license (B).
