We at Björholmen Hotel & Restaurant are now looking for a new team member for our reception.
With us, no day is the same, and we are looking for someone who loves to face new challenges and provide our guests with a first-class experience. If you have a passion for service, enjoy working in a team, and have an eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!
During the high season, we wish to offer jobs up to 100%
Responsibilities:
- Check in and check out guests
- Handle emails and phone calls
- Customer service with a high sense of service
- Conduct conferences
- Send quotes for conferences
- Daily planning and administration
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in customer service, preferably from the hotel industry
- Is flexible and can work every other weekend
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Is stress-resistant and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Has a positive attitude and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
