Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Industrialize new products such as ECUs, displays, wiring, cameras, and antennas
• Maintain, follow up, and improve existing product lines and production flows
• Provide production-technical support and manage deviations
• Coordinate ongoing contact, maintenance, and follow-up with EMS partners
• Lead and coordinate production transfers internally and to external manufacturers
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks for the End-of-Line development team
• Ensure clear communication of industrialization requirements from new product development
• Collaborate with logistics to resolve production disruptions, capacity issues, and delivery challenges
• Administer production systems and perform item registration
• Develop strategies for integrating new products into production and PLM systems
• Manage and prioritize external customer flows related to industrialization and production

What you bring:

• Experience in production engineering, industrialization, or product care
• Good understanding of electronics and mechatronics and how they integrate into products
• Experience collaborating with EMS partners or external manufacturers
• Strong ability to coordinate, prioritize, and drive parallel workstreams
• Background working closely with R&D, production, and logistics teams
• Experience with change management processes (ECO/ECR), deviation handling, and production follow-up
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Merit: Programming skills in C#, or alternatively Python, Java, or similar language
