We are now looking for an experienced and driven project manager. Here, you will be a key player. As a Project Manager in future energy solutions, you will have full responsibility for your projects – from planning to handover for electrical work that you lead, follow up, and develop to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will work closely with our electricians, customers, and subcontractors and have a central role in ensuring that everything functions – technically, economically, and practically.

About the job

A typical week includes both project management in the office and field follow-up. Examples of tasks: Lead and coordinate projects within electrical installation for our solar panel systems. Be responsible for timelines, budgets, resource allocation, follow-up, and risk management. Daily contact with electricians and ensure a safe, secure, and efficient working environment. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Participate in quotation work and tender processes. In short – you keep the whole together and ensure that projects run from start to finish.

Who are you?

You are a self-driven and engaged project manager who enjoys working towards clear goals. You thrive when you have responsibility, find it easy to collaborate, and build strong relationships with both colleagues and customers. To succeed in the role, you need: Experience in the installation of solar power systems and electrical distribution, for example as a project manager, etc. Approved AL Authorization, good computer skills, especially in Excel and other Office applications. A valid driver's license (B). Fluent Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form. Meritorious: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. You will be based at our office in Malmö, but travel to our local offices in Sweden may occur, and you will report directly to management.
