Maintenance Technician (Production/Industry)

Main Responsibilities

• Operation, service, and maintenance of technical property installations such as:
• Ventilation
• Heating and sanitation (VS)
• Other installations within the property
• Ongoing supervision, planned maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Service and maintenance of ventilation systems, including functionality checks and troubleshooting.
• Participate in technical management and ensure that facilities and installations operate efficiently and safely.
• Execute and follow up on orders with subcontractors.
• Lead and participate in smaller projects and assignments related to property and facility maintenance.
• Contribute to improvement work and optimization of operations and routines.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation and maintenance of ventilation, heating, and property technical installations.
• Documented experience in:
• Corrective maintenance
• Planned maintenance
• Service and maintenance of ventilation systems
• Good technical understanding and ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Experience working in a production or industrial environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with working with external contractors, including follow-up and quality assurance.
• Ability to plan, drive, and lead smaller projects/assignments within property maintenance.
• Basic IT skills and ability to document completed work.
