Electrician with experience in property automation – installation and commissioning

In this role, you will work with installations within property automation where you will be responsible for electrical assembly of technical equipment such as fans, pumps, control cabinets, and sensors. The position involves close collaboration with programmers during commissioning to ensure that the facility is started up correctly and functions optimally.

Job responsibilities in property automation installation

• Electrical installation of fans, pumps, sensors, and other technical equipment related to property automation
• Pull cables and connect automation components according to drawings and descriptions
• Participate in commissioning together with programmers to get the facility up and running
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical faults in systems and components
• Document completed work and report according to established routines
• If necessary, perform service and maintenance on installed facilities

Requirements and qualifications for the role of electrician in property automation

• Electrical education at the high school level or equivalent professional experience
• Practical experience in installation within property automation is highly meritorious
• Good knowledge of electrical and automation systems as well as understanding of technical drawings
• Ability to collaborate during commissioning and communicate with programmers and other professional groups
• Driving license B 
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Practical experience in control and regulation technology or automation solutions
• Familiarity with systems in ventilation, heating, and cooling
• Experience in troubleshooting complex property technical systems
• You are solution-oriented, quality-conscious, and have a structured working method
