About the Role

As a substitute caregiver with us, you step in where you are needed most – and quickly become an important part of the team. The tasks vary, but always with the same goal: to create security and well-being for our care recipients. You work both independently and together with colleagues, and receive support from coordinators and management.

Working hours: Varying days, evenings, and weekends. Employment type: Substitute employment as needed.

We are looking for someone who

• wants to work with people and provide care on the individual's terms
• is flexible, responsible, and easy to collaborate with
• has a high school education in health and care (preferable)
• has a B driver's license and preferably is used to cycling
• is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

Requirements: Extract from the criminal record
