At Bräcke diakoni's healthcare center Nyhälsan in Nässjö, we work closely together in teams and meet approximately 8,000 registered patients. Here, as a nursing assistant, you will be part of the daily work and how we together develop the operations forward.

Your Role

As a nursing assistant at Nyhälsan, you meet patients in various life situations and follow them through their contact with healthcare. You create security in the meeting, contribute to quality in the work, and help maintain the daily patient flow.

The work is varied and includes, among other things:

• Sample collection and laboratory work
• ECG and blood pressure monitoring
• Suture removal and dressings
• Assisting doctors and nurses

You work closely with other professionals in a team where you help each other, check in, and take joint responsibility for the day. With us, you as a nursing assistant have an active role in shaping the work. You are involved in developing both your own role and our common working methods over time.

We are looking for someone who thrives in the nursing assistant role and in a daily life where you take responsibility on multiple levels. You can plan and prioritize and contribute to structure in the daily work. You ensure a good reception by being attentive and treating patients and colleagues with respect and equality. You bring your experience into the work and contribute ideas on how we can further develop.

Qualifications and Merits:

• Trained nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience from working at a healthcare center is an advantage
