We are growing and are now looking for dedicated, knowledgeable, and meticulous gardeners who want to be part of our team.

About us

At Ådalens Utemiljö AB, we create well-designed outdoor environments together – from the drawing board, through installation, to finished gardens and ongoing maintenance.

Together with our installers and machine operators, we have a broad and solid competence, and we work almost exclusively on the Bjäre Peninsula.

About the position

Scope 80-100%. Can be discussed.

Customer area: Bjäre Peninsula Torekov-Båstad.

We operate from Mäsinge/Västra Karup.

As a gardener with us, you will work in private gardens with a focus on quality, feel, and attention to detail.

Meticulousness, knowledge, and professional pride are of utmost importance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and care of gardens.
• Pruning of trees and shrubs.
• Planting and establishment of green environments.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained gardener or has equivalent knowledge (a couple of years of experience in the industry is an advantage).
• Has an eye for detail, is meticulous, and has solid plant knowledge.
• Can work both independently and in a team.
• Has the ability to plan and execute work based on the season, the needs of the plants, and the wishes of the customers.
• Is positive, solution-oriented, and contributes to a good atmosphere in the workgroup.
• Understands the importance of service and customer interaction, and thrives in a rapidly changing everyday environment.
• Enjoys working outdoors throughout the year and is in good physical shape, as the work can be physically demanding.

Requirements and other

• A driver's license (B) is required.
• You can – or are not afraid to learn – to drive and reverse with a trailer. (The streets of Torekov and Båstad are beautiful but often narrow and tight)

A personal car is required to get to work, as the warehouse and office are not directly connected to public transport.
