We are now looking for a Team Leader in cleaning who wants to help develop both our cleaning team and our business moving forward.

You are a person who thrives on responsibility, enjoys creating structure, and is driven by seeing both people and results grow.

With us, you will work in an engaged team, where we focus on quality in everything we do – from how we clean to how we treat each other.

As a team leader, you have an important responsibility:

You train and support new cleaners.

You conduct quality checks and ensure that our customers are always satisfied.

You collaborate closely with our staffing managers to develop routines and working methods.

You plan and participate in cleaning when needed.

Who are you?

You have previous experience in professional cleaning.

You are communicative, responsible, and meticulous.

You enjoy leading others and being a good example yourself.

You can speak and understand Swedish or English.

You have a B driver's license.

You have a valid work permit in Sweden.

Meritorious:

Experience in training others.

Experience in move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, and quality checks.

Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
