As a process technician, you will be an important part of a team working in an exciting laboratory environment. You will closely collaborate with our development engineers and follow the experimental plan to manufacture and optimize solar cell technology. The role involves both practical work in production and analytical work with troubleshooting, improvement suggestions, and quality controls.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
The role of process technician involves driving, monitoring, and analyzing production processes to manufacture and optimize solar cells on a laboratory scale. You will work with advanced equipment, document processes, perform quality controls, and actively contribute to developing and improving work methods in an experimental environment.
- Drive, monitor, and analyze production processes, including advanced equipment such as vacuum, laser, and sputtering systems, as well as precise tasks like washing samples and working in gloveboxes
- Manufacture solar cells in experimental laboratory scale according to established experimental plans
- Interpret technical documentation and assist with both planned and corrective maintenance
- Document work steps and contribute to the development of work instructions (SOP)
- Perform quality controls, measurements, and analyses of manufactured products
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a post-secondary education in a relevant technical field, such as electronics, materials science, technical physics, or similar. Alternatively, has a scientific/technical education at the high school level with more relevant work experience
- Has the ability to analyze the work environment and suggest improvements for increased productivity and safety
- Has good knowledge of the Office suite
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as the work is conducted in both languages
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience with vacuum technology
- Have been in contact with SQL databases or JMP
- Previous experience working in an international environment

Additional Information:
- The work is scheduled during daytime
- The work involves, to some extent, physically demanding tasks, as well as the use of protective equipment
