There is also flexibility regarding which weeks you can work, as we have divided the summer into two periods.

• Period 1 consists of weeks 26-30
• Period 2 consists of weeks 29-33

You can work one of the periods or both.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will receive a thorough introduction to the work, so that you have the best conditions to do a good job. In addition to shadowing experienced staff in care, you will also learn transfer techniques and medication management. This introduction is also paid!

The tasks vary depending on the area of work. In disability care, you can work in a group home or in an individual assistance case. The tasks range from cooking, engaging in various activities with the users, to tasks related to hygiene. You will work individually or in a group.

In home care, you work independently in the user's home and perform care and service tasks. The tasks can vary from medication distribution to tasks related to hygiene.

In special housing, you work in a residence within elderly care. Here, more advanced care is usually required for the users, which means that you as an employee will learn and work with more technical equipment in care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who wants to make a significant contribution to other people in the municipality. You dare to take initiative and are driven. You are confident in yourself and want to learn new skills. You have a good attitude towards both colleagues and users, which is fundamental for all care and support work.

If you have education in care and support, we consider it an advantage, as well as if you have practical experience in the field.

Furthermore, you need to be proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing. This is necessary to communicate with users and colleagues, as well as to document in our journal system.

To work in home care, a driver's license is a requirement for the job.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
