At the Rum för Barn library, welcoming and shared reading is always in focus. A large part of the job involves welcoming and guiding children and adults in the library space.

Therefore, we are now looking for entrance guides who can step in as needed. The work also includes simpler library tasks.

The Rum för Barn library is a place where children aged 0-9 and their adults explore children's literature together.

The operation is very popular, which means that there can occasionally be a high visitor pressure.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive in this role, we see that you have:

- Experience in service work where welcoming is in focus, e.g., hotel/restaurant, healthcare, guiding, or the travel industry.

- Experience in meeting families with young children.

- Curiosity about children's literature.

- Speak several languages besides Swedish and English.

Other

This is a need-based employment primarily on weekends and school breaks. The work is largely scheduled on weekends and breaks.
