Webhallen is currently looking for salespeople for our stores in the Stockholm area! The position is part-time, with the possibility of more hours as needed. (This position is fixed-term with an end date in January 2026 , with a good chance of extension)

As part of our store team, you play an important role as the store's and the company's direct contact with our customers. It is you and your colleagues who will provide them with the best possible service experience and represent the company outward. You are used to and enjoy working purposefully and find it equally stimulating to provide good service as to achieve the team's sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Sales on the floor and over the counter, including product insurance and mobile subscriptions
• Delivery of first-class service and product recommendations
• You are responsible for keeping the store neat - you ensure that we have the right assortment out, price tags and certain product placement on shelves and floors
• Some inventory management, order reception and stocktaking as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in sales, in-store or directly to customers.
• Has a passionate interest in service.
• Is tech-savvy and comfortable giving technical advice to our customers.
• Has an easy time communicating and remains calm even in more stressful situations.
• Is a team player who values collaboration among colleagues
• Is structured and organized
• Good communication skills in both English and Swedish
• You are proactive and curious to understand our customer journey and customer behavior
