Your everyday life as SOS-Operator In the role of SOS-operator within our service area of security services at the alarm center in Västerås, you will handle and respond to incoming calls regarding various types of fault reports for properties, municipalities, and private customers. Additionally, you will receive and address different types of alarms, such as burglary alarms, assault alarms, and operational alarms, etc.

We are now looking for summer substitutes for the alarm center in Västerås for the period of June-August. Training will take place full-time starting in late March to early April 2026

To have the right conditions for success as an SOS-operator, the employment begins with comprehensive training at our training unit in Kista, combined with practical training at the center where you will have a mentor. Therefore, you need to be able to be away from home for occasional weeks when the training is conducted physically on-site in Kista. We cover all expenses related to travel to our training unit.

The role of alarm operator involves collaboration with colleagues and external actors, which requires good teamwork skills. You are a friendly and attentive person who finds it easy to talk to people. Furthermore, you are empathetic and professional, which means you collaborate and take responsibility in your professional role.

Since SOS Alarm's operations are conducted 24/7, as an SOS-operator, you will have a round-the-clock position, which means you will work days/evenings/nights and weekends.

• Have at least three years of work experience
• Speak and write Swedish fluently and are comfortable taking calls in English
• Have good computer skills
• Have good multitasking ability
• Experience working irregular hours
