Attendo Home Care Staffanstorp offers person-centered care to our clients. We work based on the individual's needs and wishes to ensure that our clients have a safe and independent life in their own home.

Attendo Home Care Staffanstorp has experienced and dedicated employees who assist citizens with everything from personal care to home services based on a care decision. We have an agreement with Staffanstorp municipality in beautiful Skåne to provide home care according to customer choice. The agreement includes services such as nursing, delegated home healthcare, escorting, respite care, and service interventions. This means that citizens entitled to home care have the right to choose us as their provider.

Our employees are committed and focus on our clients' individual needs and wishes. We maintain a good dialogue with clients and relatives so that they feel safe and secure in their home environment. We collaborate closely with the municipality's nurses and rehabilitation staff to ensure that clients receive the best care they desire in their homes. We also offer household services for everyone, and for clients with care decisions. If the care decision is insufficient, we can create a good plan for the client.

About the role

As a Care Assistant in home care, you will work closely with our clients and assist them in their daily lives. Your main tasks will include care, support with daily routines, simple household tasks, delegated home healthcare, and transfers. You will meet several of our clients in their home environment where they require different types of assistance.

- Do you have experience in elderly care and are you a trained care assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare?

Qualifications

• Trained Care Assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to cycle is a requirement
• B driver's license is a requirement
• Experience in elderly care

Meritorious

• Experience in home care and delegated home healthcare

Employment form

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period (Evenings and every other weekend)

Start date immediately or by agreement
