About the Position

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time with logistics administration and logistics planning. The position may involve various tasks related to the terminal's logistics. Examples of tasks may include the administration of transports, investigation of deviations, preparation of loading lists, and planning of loadings.

You will work extra as needed. Working hours are variable on weekdays during the day/evening between 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00. The workplace is located at DFDS Logistics Contracts in Arendal.

About You

• Currently studying logistics or another relevant field.
• Enjoy administrative tasks and have good computer skills.
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• Able to plan and follow up work in a structured manner.
• Comfortable maintaining close communication with both customers and colleagues.
• Proactive, decisive, and ensures that activities are executed and completed.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

To be considered for the position, you need to be studying or have another primary occupation. It is desirable if you have at least one year left of your studies.

We would like you to be able to work at least two days a week and full-time during Christmas and summer.

Mobile Consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out at our clients. Being a mobile consultant means being employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, where the workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
