ABOUT THE POSITION
Strukton Rail is in a dynamic development phase and is now seeking a driven Team Leader for the signaling department for the Stockholm subway.
In the role of team leader, you hold a key position in the daily operations, where you, together with the site manager, plan, organize, lead, and follow up on the activities. You are responsible for a team of technicians and play an important role in both motivating and developing your employees. Work environment and safety are central parts of your responsibility, and you ensure that these are always prioritized.
As a leader, you are present, engaged, and lead by example. You believe in the strength of collaboration and value building a team where everyone contributes and grows together.
This position requires passing a security clearance as Strukton Rail operates in security-classified environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
The role of team leader is dynamic, where you work closely with projects and your colleagues. You get a helicopter view and have many balls in the air at the same time to ensure a hundred percent work environment and coverage of each work shift.
- Lead and distribute work within signal technical projects
- Ensure optimal work environment in relation to daily operations
- Be responsible for planning and following up on project activities
- Ensure that safety regulations and quality requirements are met
- Perform daily reporting and documentation of progress
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has completed high school
- Has experience in personnel responsibility within e.g., the electrical industry
- Has a burning interest in leadership
- Very good knowledge of the Office package
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Holds a B driver's license
It is a merit if you have
- Experience in the railway industry
- Experience with BEST-A
