Attendo Råbyvägen offers 75 beautiful and functional apartments, distributed over four floors. We have living units for individuals with dementia and somatic illnesses. Each unit has access to a lounge with a balcony or patio, as well as a kitchen and dining area.
In addition to pleasant apartments and nice common areas, there is also a relaxation area for soothing spa treatments and bathtubs. A gym is available for those who enjoy staying active. There is also a sports bar that has become a gathering point for enjoyable events. Here you will also find an activity and game room, as well as our lovely garden for pleasant summer days.
Job Description
As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work in care together with your team. In the role of group manager, you will provide present leadership and support your team. You will have personnel and planning responsibilities and will work alongside 3-4 other group managers with the support of the operations manager. You will be part of the management team and report to the operations manager. Work hours will include days, evenings, and weekends.
- Permanent position 80%
- Working hours during day/evening/weekend

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent work experience, preferably with several years of experience in elderly care. Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning is an advantage. You should have the ability to lead others and possess leadership qualities. You should appreciate clarity and create participation. You have the ability to create engagement and are good at motivating your colleagues.
You should be independent but enjoy developing and finding new solutions together with colleagues. You are open to giving and receiving feedback.
You enjoy providing good service, building great relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our clients. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual’s needs.
