Linjemontage is a modern company in the electrical power industry that performs contracting work in the area of power supply facilities from 0.4 kV to 400 kV. This can include everything from complex deliveries of complete transformer stations, deliveries of power lines to the replacement of parts of systems such as remote control, relay protection, etc. Our customers include network owners, industries, municipal and state authorities. Linjemontage has offices and operations throughout Sweden as well as in Norway and a branch in Croatia. We are nearly 400 employees. Since 2019, Linjemontage has been part of Kalpataru Projects International Ltd.

Job Responsibilities We are currently looking for a Project Manager for Linjemontage in Järfälla. You will work within the business area of Transmission & Distribution, where you will be involved in driving projects and participating in tender work focusing on regional and distribution networks. Depending on your background, the role will initially consist of following and assisting our experienced Project Managers to eventually take on the role independently. We welcome applicants with experience in Project Management in Civil Engineering as an alternative to experience in electrical power. As a project manager, you will be technically and financially responsible for the delivery projects you manage. You will work with project coordination, control, planning, purchasing, and reporting to ensure the projects are executed in terms of quality, time, and budget. The role also includes tender work where you, together with the tender responsible, will manage customer and supplier contacts as well as calculations and submission of tenders.

Qualifications We are looking for someone with several years of professional experience in project management within the fields of civil engineering and/or electrical power. You are technically inclined and have a strong interest in issues related to electrical infrastructure. To succeed in the role, you need to understand the business as well as have good planning and decision-making skills. As a person, you take work and performance seriously. You prioritize achieving goals and completing work in a structured manner. You also find it easy to collaborate and can convey information clearly and simply, both in writing and verbally. • You have a technical university degree and/or other relevant education and experience as assessed by the employer. • You possess good knowledge of Office 365. • You have knowledge of AB04 and ABT06. • Knowledge of ESA, EBR, and AMA is an advantage. • Experience in contracting and leading projects with responsibility for results and budget. • You have the ability to plan, organize, and evaluate as well as to distribute tasks confidently. • You have a clear sense of responsibility and an entrepreneurial commitment, and you communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. • A valid driver's license (B).
