About the role

As a Project Manager, you will have a dynamic and varied everyday life where you need to take a lot of personal responsibility to plan the projects with all involved resources and maintain clear communication with the client. The contact points are many, and the internal collaboration with experts, project coordinators, installation technicians, subcontractors, and salespeople is crucial for the success of your projects.

You will primarily focus on projects related to fire extinguishing systems for data centers across Sweden, mainly in the Greater Stockholm area.

Your role is to drive, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple installation projects in accordance with the timeline and Dafo's quality goals.

You will take over once the salesperson has budgeted the project; thereafter, you will assign resources, staff, book subcontractors, and order materials.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for ongoing delivery follow-up, including assessing time consumption.

Your role naturally includes maintaining good contacts with clients as well as installers and subcontractors. Clients are located throughout the country, and some travel, approximately 25 overnight stays per year, is included in the position. We are looking for someone who

We believe that you who are applying have at least a couple of years of experience in managing projects, preferably within the construction industry or ideally in the fire protection industry.

You may also have several years of experience as a working installer or electrician with some experience in managing projects.

We are looking for someone who approaches their work with great commitment, is driven, positive, and has good collaboration skills. You thrive in contact with clients and understand that good communication is the foundation for succeeding in projects. You have order and structure in your projects, enjoy a fast pace, and like to work with several parallel processes simultaneously. Since administration constitutes a large part of the role, we value that you have good administrative experience and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within installation, construction, or technology
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (SBF, AMA, AB04, ABT06)
• Experience managing budgets and timelines
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• B driver's license
• Meritorious with education in project management and/or experience from the industry.

Scope and placement

This is a direct recruitment to Dafo Brand. The position is full-time with reduced working hours and working hours: 8-5 Mon-Thurs and 8-3 on Fridays. You will be based at Dafo's office at Vindkraftsvägen 8 in Tyresö, travel is required. Start immediately!
