About the role

We are now looking for operations managers for our regions in Stockholm; Stockholm North and Stockholm South. As an operations manager, you will be responsible for your geographical region and play a central role in ensuring energy-efficient and sustainable operation of our properties. This includes responsibility for operational media analysis, follow-up, and development within the region. The role also includes both personnel responsibility and responsibility for optimizing operational systems.

You will lead and develop three skilled operations technicians and work on analyzing operational media and processing operational data to implement corrective actions in collaboration with the technicians when deviations occur.

In close cooperation and collaboration with area managers, property managers, and specialists from property development, you have an important role in identifying projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing the properties' operational and energy systems. As an operations manager, you will participate in the development of the operational budget and report monthly on the region's follow-up of it. You will be part of the operations council together with other operations managers and also be part of the regional management team, contributing your expertise to your colleagues in the region.

Through work and education, you have acquired knowledge and experience in property management, property owner responsibility, technical optimization, and energy efficiency. You have good knowledge of technical systems – especially heating, ventilation, and control technology – and understand how these can be optimized for sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Experience in leadership, procurement, and operational agreements is an advantage, as well as knowledge of workplace safety issues. You communicate fluently in Swedish, can work in operational systems and Excel, and have a valid driver's license.

• Location: You will be based at one of our area offices in the region and will travel regularly to other locations within the region.
