We are now looking for an engaged and self-driven IT technician for a newly established position with overall responsibility for the operation and development of our IT environment. Functioning IT is business-critical for us, making this role central. About the role

You will be responsible for managing, modernizing, and developing our IT infrastructure. The focus is on stable operations, security, and continuous improvements. You will be the driving force in creating a modern, secure, and scalable IT environment that supports the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Operation, maintenance, and support of the IT environment
• Short- and long-term modernization and development of our IT environment
• Responsibility for network structure, configuration, and optimization
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers (physical and virtual)
• Backup management and monitoring
• Operation and support of Windows and Linux clients
• Ongoing work with new technologies, improvements, and security routines

We are looking for someone who

• Has a passion for IT and technology development
• Has excellent knowledge of networks and server environments
• Is comfortable in both Windows and Linux environments
• Has experience with backup, monitoring, and operations in mixed environments
• Is self-driven, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Sees opportunities in building routines and solutions from scratch
• It is an extra merit, but not a requirement, if you have programming skills and experience with cloud-based solutions
