We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled operations technician who wants to help ensure a safe, efficient, and well-functioning operation of our properties' technical systems. The role focuses on monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and cooling systems while contributing to reliable and energy-efficient property management.

Your mission

As an operations technician, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and optimizing technical installations such as heating, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Performing operational monitoring, troubleshooting maintenance, and preventive service.
• Working with energy monitoring and improvement measures to reduce energy consumption and optimize system performance.
• Participating in balancing, operation, and calibration of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Managing operational alarms, documenting, and reporting technical deviations in our systems.

You are

• Technical, solution-oriented, and structured
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team
• Service-oriented in contact with tenants, colleagues, and suppliers
• Experienced in working with systems for control and regulation, operational monitoring, and fault analysis

Preferred qualifications

• Education in operations technology, HVAC, control and regulation technology, or equivalent competence
• Experience working with property technical systems
• Driver's license B
