In the role of team leader, you will be responsible for production within Electrical, Assembly, and Packaging. You will lead and coach employees in their daily work and ensure that production meets the right quality, is delivered on time, and is conducted safely.

The electrical area is a central part of the position. You will be responsible for the assembly of electrical cabinets, electrical connections of products, and supporting the team in matters requiring electrical and production technical expertise. The role also involves contributing to the development of work methods and driving improvements with a focus on quality, efficiency, and working environment.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience from the manufacturing industry and a background in electrical and assembly or equivalent. You are confident in leading others, have a good understanding of production technical processes, and enjoy working closely with both people and technology. As a leader, you are structured, communicative, and have the ability to create engagement and team spirit.

Requirements:

• High school education with a technical focus, preferably electrical or production technology.
• Documented experience in team leadership in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of electrical work, assembly, and reading technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Experience with ERP/MPS systems and MS Office.

Meritorious:

• Experience in leading electrical assemblers or production teams.
• Knowledge of LEAN and improvement work.
• Background in the manufacturing industry.
