About the position

We are now looking for several dedicated employees to perform vital work for our pharmaceutical client in Södertälje. You will be part of the manufacturing and production process. Your main tasks

Assemble and inspect medical devices according to specifications and quality requirements. Participate in improvement work and efforts to ensure quality. You will work to maintain a good working environment and comply with the company's guidelines and regulations. Work in accordance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation and quality requirements. Safely operate and maintain machines and equipment. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.

Who are you?

You are a meticulous and responsible person who enjoys working in a production environment. You are used to following work instructions and have the ability to work efficiently to ensure high quality in your work. Collaborating with others is something you appreciate, and you are a team player who contributes to a good work atmosphere. You are flexible and can adapt to changes in tasks and working hours.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or relevant work experience (experience from industry and production)
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Swedish.
  • Able to work all types of shifts.
  • Experience in documentation, e.g., deviation reporting, accustomed to working with protocols, recipes, logbooks, or similar (a documentation test will be conducted during the interview)
  • Documented good system knowledge, e.g., SAP or equivalent.

Meritorious:

  • At least two years of work experience is desirable, preferably within industry and production, especially in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience with GMP and LEAN.
