Are you a natural leader with an eye for detail and a passion for creating order, quality, and team spirit? We are now looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager who wants to help drive and develop our housekeeping team to new heights!

You have experience leading large groups of staff and place great importance on creating a good team spirit as well as establishing clear routines and organization for the well-being of your staff. For you, quality is a service, and you are driven to achieve set goals together with your team.

Guest satisfaction, efficiency, and a fun work environment will be your main tasks.  We are looking for someone who:

• has documented experience from a leadership position in housekeeping at a larger hotel
• is positive, resourceful, loyal - and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed!
• is meticulous and has a strong eye for detail
• is organized and structured in your work approach
• has a clear and coaching leadership style focused on results
• is communicative and can express yourself fluently in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
• has a service-minded attitude and a natural sense for guest experience

• work is scheduled on weekdays and weekends, but mostly Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• planning, scheduling, and time reporting of staff
• leading, developing, and driving the hotel's housekeeping team, with 40-60 employees depending on the season
• introduction and training of new staff
• maintaining a quality level that complies with the hotel's guidelines
• conducting room inspections
• responsible for results and reporting
