Famora Foods AB is a wholly-owned family business run by the Orang family (Famora). It was founded in 1987 by Yousef Orang. With Yousef as chairman, the company is now run in the second generation by siblings David (CEO), Jonas, Susanna, and Elias. The company has over 40 employees and specializes in snacks, nuts, and dried fruits, with a particular focus on roasting nuts and creating balanced flavors. In 2018, they built a state-of-the-art production facility north of Uppsala, featuring a nut roastery, coating unit, and automated packaging lines. This allows them to control the entire production chain and deliver high-quality products.

One of their most well-known brands is Dave & Jon's, which offers flavored dates and has become a favorite among their customers. Whether it’s about price, quality, or innovation, Famora Foods always strives to put the consumer's interests first and deliver products that truly make a difference.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Coordinator at Famora Foods, you will have overall responsibility and a central role in the company's marketing efforts and brand activities. You will drive both strategic and operational initiatives, from developing marketing materials to creating content for social media. The role involves close collaboration with product development, external agencies, and other internal teams, as well as contact with customers and suppliers. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence, take responsibility for important projects, contribute to the company's overall marketing plan, and participate in trade shows and events. The role offers a responsible and varied job where you can develop. Examples of tasks include:

• Modifying and creating packaging, materials, and display solutions

• If necessary, procure and collaborate with design/communication agencies

• Create marketing materials and product presentations, both printed and digital

• Content production and management of social media

• Producing images and informational materials for customers and suppliers

• Project planning and participation in trade shows and events

• Support with other administrative tasks as needed

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• At least two years of experience in marketing

• Very good knowledge of Adobe Suite

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience in the food industry is an advantage
