Do you want to help shape the future of transport and logistics solutions? We are now looking for an engaged consultant who wants to contribute to a more sustainable transport industry through digital innovation. Our platform is designed to streamline and improve logistics flows through transparency, data sharing, and collaboration among stakeholders – with the goal of enabling transport solutions with net-zero emissions.

In this role within digital logistics, you will ensure that our customers receive maximum value from our technical platform – from onboarding to long-term use and growth. You will be responsible for implementing new customers, supporting existing users, and building strong relationships by understanding their logistics flows and needs.

Through close dialogue, you will identify improvement opportunities, drive proactive support, and contribute to business development. You will collaborate with the sales team in customer acquisition and act as a link between the customer and the product team, conveying insights that shape the logistics solutions of the future. The role is both technical and business-oriented – and completely central to the pursuit of a smarter and more sustainable transport sector. The position is located in Gothenburg and is available immediately.

• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
