About the position

At Humana Hjortsberg, we work with a person-centered approach – the wishes and needs of each elderly person are our priority. As a part-time employee, you are a key person in creating a safe, joyful, and meaningful everyday life for our seniors. Working hours: Day, evening, weekend, and night

Employment rate: Part-time employment as needed in the operation.

Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement.

Start date: By agreement.

What does the role entail?

As a care worker with us, you will have a varied and rewarding job. Your tasks include:

• Planning and executing daily tasks together with your colleagues.
• Documentation and handling of any deviations.
• Collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff to create the best possible care.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a team player with a big heart and a responsible attitude. You enjoy collaborating but can also take your own initiative and work independently.

It is a plus if you have experience in person-centered work, and we believe you are good at building relationships and keeping spirits high in all situations!

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant or caregiver with experience in care work.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Please note that you need to be able to present valid identification and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
