ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Production Manager, you are a central part of our operations and act as the extended arm of the Site Manager in production. You take independent responsibility for planning, leading, and driving selected parts of the project, focusing on delivering high quality within the set time and budget.

In your role, you are responsible for coordinating work between different subcontractors. This is done in close collaboration with other Production Managers to ensure that the contractors on site can perform their work efficiently and according to contract timelines. Through your leadership, you contribute to creating a work environment where economy, timelines, and customer satisfaction are at the center.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing materials and participating in forecast reviews for analysis and discussion.
• Leading and directing contractors.
• Conducting and acting on risk analyses, work preparations, and forecasts together with the Site Manager and production team.
• Participating in the establishment of project plans such as KMA plans, inspection plans, and timelines, as well as ensuring compliance.
• Establishing detailed plans and ensuring that the production timeline is followed.
• Monitoring contractors' compliance with the project's routines and requirements, as well as following up on deviations during safety rounds.
• Planning, preparing work, and in consultation with purchasing, conducting purchases.
• Ensuring quality, time, economy, and climate and environmental reporting through regular meetings and site inspections, as well as managing deviations.
• Leading production meetings and being responsible for change order regulations within the area of responsibility.
• Administering registrations.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in construction and several years of experience as a production manager in multi-family housing projects. You have good knowledge of Excel and preferably also in other parts of the Office suite.

At Åke Sundvall, you will work as a Production Manager in the Dalux program. All communication and documentation take place in this program. Therefore, it is an advantage if you have either worked with Dalux or similar programs and have high computer skills. You also have good experience in reading and developing timelines and enjoy reading contracts and managing based on them. You understand how the design phase affects project implementation and have a good understanding of business economic relationships and how different decisions and actions can impact the financial outcome.

You have completed several new construction projects of residential buildings in the past and have good experience with contracts in urban environments. We prefer that you have basic knowledge of construction law, such as AB04, ABT06, ABM, and ABK09, and that you hold at least a B driver's license to travel between different project sites.
