We are looking for a driven and service-oriented inside salesperson full-time with a technical interest for a business in northern Stockholm. The role is suitable for you who thrives in the intersection of customer contact, technology, and administration, and who wants to develop in a broad role with responsibility and variety.

Job Responsibilities 

• Work with direct sales over the phone and email 
• Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide technical support and advice to customers
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and contracts
• Order placement and coordination with suppliers and technicians
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through professional service and problem-solving

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in inside sales and customer service
• Has experience with technical solutions in the industry (mechanical equipment)
• Has a technical interest or background and easily adapts to new products and solutions
• Is detail-oriented, structured, and has the ability to drive cases from start to finish
• Enjoys having many points of contact and collaborating in a team
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently; English is a plus
