We are looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to take a comprehensive approach to marketing for an exciting and innovative recruitment and staffing company. The role is suitable for you who are both creative and data-driven – and who enjoys working hands-on in an entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you will work closely with the recruitment team, focusing on driving the brand forward and securing the inflow of relevant candidates. You own the channel strategy and marketing budget – and are operational in everything from campaigns to content production.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create & publish content on social media
• Set up & optimize campaigns in Paid Social & Google Ads
• Collaborate with advertising partners (e.g. Indeed)
• Support recruiters with job ads & audience targeting
• Be responsible for analysis, marketing budget, and channel selection

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in digital marketing and campaign work
• A good sense of both text, tone, and visual expression
• Knowledge of photography, editing, and basic video
• Experience working data-driven and optimizing based on results
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Experience in Employer Branding and the recruitment industry is a plus
