We are now looking for an experienced property caretaker who can take care of our commercial properties in Stockholm City.

What do we offer you? As a property caretaker, you have the opportunity to control your workday. It will include service and repairs, rounds, as well as contact with tenants and contractors. We also welcome your suggestions for improvements regarding our service to the tenants.

Who are you as a person? You are the face of our properties. Previous experience in a service job where you have worked with customer relations. Coming up with improvement and action proposals aimed at better service towards the tenants, as well as concerning the environment and economy of our properties. To thrive with us, we believe it is important that you enjoy working with people and value high service.

What qualifications do you have? You need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a manual B driver's license. Since the work involves digital tools, you also need to have some IT skills. It is an advantage if you have previous work experience in plumbing and/or electrical work as well as in service.
