As a sales associate with operational responsibility, your primary task is to ensure that customers feel welcome, comfortable, and find the right products and solutions. In a service-oriented manner, you will actively reach out to customers, initiate meetings, answer questions, and inform them about our products. Your role also includes working at the cash register and being part of the product flow, including restocking.

As the operational responsible person, you will also act as a deputy for the Team Leader and their tasks when needed. This responsibility entails ensuring store operations and leading employees in accordance with our customer service concept as well as the company's rules and guidelines.

To achieve this, you will work on:

• Being available and proactively contacting customers while always striving to provide world-class customer service
• Leading and delegating tasks and store routines
• Working in place of the Team Leader when necessary
• Ensuring that opening/closing procedures are followed
• Ensuring that cash counting procedures are followed

Who are we looking for?

• Completed high school education, preferably with training in Sales and Service programs (formerly Commerce and Administration) or other comparable education
• Work experience in service roles and/or any of our product categories is an advantage
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You must be at least 18 years old to work with us

The position is a part-time temporary role at 70% with a start date to be agreed upon.
