As an assembler/production technician, you will work with both assembly and final testing of the company's products. Since production currently takes place at subcontractors, you will have a unique opportunity to be involved from the start when the internal production operation is established. 

Your role also includes collaborating with product developers to contribute to improvements that make the products easier and more cost-effective to produce, while maintaining or enhancing quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and finalize testing of technically advanced products.
• Help build internal production processes.
• Contribute to product design improvements together with the development team.
• Communicate with external subcontractors.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as an assembler or production technician 
• Has worked with technically complex products in areas such as precision mechanics, electronics, or optics.
• Has a strong interest in technology and wants to develop further.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred: Experience in fiber optics.
