We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Specialist for an exciting assignment within the European marketing organization of a leading player in the financial market. The role has a particular focus on marketing related to Fixed Income and Carbon, where business-oriented communication meets sustainability-driven initiatives.

As a consultant, you will be a central part of developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns in close collaboration with product, business, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches across multiple channels
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to create marketing materials, presentations, whitepapers, customer communication, and web updates
• Produce and coordinate marketing activities and materials, including digital content, brochures, and audiovisual formats
• Manage external agencies and ensure deliveries meet requirements, budget, and timelines
• Support at conferences, seminars, and industry events in collaboration with the events team
• Analyze marketing activities and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and suggest optimizations
• Contribute to modeling and driving the marketing funnel and follow up on ROI for sales, trading volumes, and growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing within the financial sector, ESG/sustainability, or investment/trading
• Proven experience in demand generation marketing and working with sales and marketing funnels
• Good understanding of capital markets, products, and regulatory environments
• Analytical skills and experience working data-driven with market insights
• Experience with Salesforce (reporting, data, and analysis)
• Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo
• Available to start immediately

Preferred

• Experience with international assignments and collaboration with geographically dispersed teams
• Documented success in developing thought leadership content
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
