We are looking for an engaged Vehicle Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with an international industrial client in the automotive industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with both development departments and the client, focusing on a comprehensive understanding of the vehicle's structure and function. This assignment is suitable for you who have a genuine technical interest, can take responsibility for the whole, and enjoy driving issues independently in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and develop the overall understanding of the chassis and the entire vehicle's composition.

• Analyze and understand technical specifications and work with the modular toolbox.

• Act as an expert contact towards internal functions and external customers.

• Coordinate work between different technical areas and departments.

• Participate in development projects and contribute to optimized solutions based on customer needs.

• Work in relevant Scania systems such as 3DExperience, OAS, Sorba, Bibat, IACOB, Presales, SPII.

Qualifications Must-have:

• Experience in chassis composition and complete vehicle competence, or understanding of technical specifications and modular systems.

• Relevant higher education, B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical engineering or similar.

• Responsible and self-driven in work approach.

• Swedish or English in spoken and written form.

Meritorious:

• Military background, to understand customers' operations and requirements.

• Knowledge of Scania's electrical systems and/or embedded systems in vehicles.

• Experience in an international organization.

• C/CE driving license.
