Addstruction AB is a small contracting company operating throughout the Stockholm area. Our projects are varied with a focus on earthworks such as drainage, house foundations, retaining walls/paving, cable trenches, V/A installations, snow removal, and site finishing as a few examples. Our clients are a combination of private individuals, housing associations, and other companies. We stand out by prioritizing good customer relationships and a professional approach. The company is growing, and we are receiving more and more inquiries; we are now looking for an experienced contractor who wants to be part of our development.

We are unionized through the machine operator agreement and SEKO.

We strive to assemble flexible workgroups with machine operators and personnel outside the machine, which means you will learn to handle dump trucks, wheel loaders, and excavators. This is to enable us to switch roles and have challenging, productive, and fun workdays.

As a Contractor with us, you will among other things:

• Perform regular tasks for a contractor, including:
  • Rough and fine grading of lots, Excavation and installation of V/A, cable trenches
  • House foundations, Slab on grade, Pier foundations, Drainage, House drainage
  • Paving, Walls, Curbs, L-supports, Stairs

You will mostly work in teams, but in some situations, you will also work independently.

Requirements:

• B driver's license
• At least 2 years of experience in the profession
• Good physical condition
• Good verbal and written skills in Swedish
• Good verbal skills in English

Preferred if you have:

• Vocational certificate
• Ability to work on-call
• Have BE, C driver's license

Other: Start: Immediately Working hours: 7-16 with some flexibility Location: Southern Stockholm Employment form: Full-time starting with a 6-month probationary period that then transitions into a permanent position.
