Matinique at Åhléns City in Stockholm is growing and is looking for a driven sales associate for its Flagship Store, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, focusing on results and customer interaction.

You will be part of a wonderful team that successfully sells Matinique's men's clothing at Åhléns in the heart of Stockholm City. You are passionate about creating a fantastic experience for the customer and are driven by challenges and set goals. In this role, you will have great freedom to develop yourself and the Matinique brand in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Work as a sales associate in men's fashion through personal sales and advice to all our customers

• Personal development and understanding of high-level service

• Work in an international business with a fast pace and positive development

• We have many collection drops which involve a large amount of unpacking, keeping order in stock, and restocking in the store

Profile

• You are interested in fashion and enjoy keeping up with upcoming trends

• You are results-oriented and a driven salesperson who is passionate about service

• You enjoy meeting customers and want to create long-term customer relationships

• You have experience in personal sales, preferably in fashion

• You are independent but also enjoy working in a team

• You are open to learning and taking responsibility

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Scope

• At least 20 hours/week including every other weekend.
