We are now building up our new HVAC business in Sweden – and we are looking for you who want to help shape something big from the ground up. Here you get the chance to combine technology, sales, and sustainability to create smart solutions for future homeowners.

Our customers already give us top ratings in relining (4.4/5 in satisfaction) – now we are taking the next step and fully committing to HVAC.

Your role as a Salesperson

As a Salesperson in HVAC, you are the company's face to the outside world and drive the entire sales process – from the first contact to the completed deal. You combine outbound sales with incoming inquiries, conduct technical home visits, and guide homeowners to the best solution. The role is operational, free, and customer-oriented, with great opportunities to influence your own success.

You will, among other things:

  • Create new customer meetings and deals
  • Conduct needs analyses and technical visits
  • Present solutions and prepare quotes
  • Follow up leads and document in CRM
  • Contribute to achieving both personal and team sales targets

We are looking for someone who…

  • Has drive and competitive instinct, enjoys making deals and building long-term relationships
  • Is social, communicative, and trustworthy
  • Has a technical interest and wants to learn more about smart renovation solutions
  • Is persistent, goal-oriented, and thrives with freedom under responsibility
  • Has a high school education, a B driver's license, and preferably experience in field sales/direct sales
  • IT proficiency (CRM/quote management) and Swedish in speech and writing – English or Finnish is a plus
