With six offices from Helsingborg to Luleå and 95 employees in Sweden, JAS combines global reach with local expertise. We are now looking for an experienced traffic manager for the office in Sundsvall!

About the role

As a Traffic Planner, you will play a vital role in our client's transportation operations. You will be responsible for receiving and managing incoming bookings, planning and coordinating domestic transports, and following up on ongoing deliveries. The work involves close dialogue with drivers, colleagues, and partners, ensuring that deliveries occur as planned and with high quality.

Your responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer bookings for domestic transports
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize transports based on resources and traffic conditions
• Traffic manage and follow up on ongoing transports
• Handle deviations and ensure clear communication
• Contribute with improvement suggestions and development of planning processes

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of documented experience in traffic planning or transport management within road transport
• Is accustomed to working in transport booking systems and has good digital skills.
• Is confident in making quick decisions and handling deviations
• Is communicative and professional, both internally and externally
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
