At Swedavia, we are constantly working to ensure that our ten airports have world-class telecommunication security systems. We are currently building a new team where you, as a senior designer, will play a key role. Together, you will own, develop, and maintain the security solutions that protect people and enable our operations.

What does the role entail?

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and documentation for the telecommunication security systems at our 10 airports
• Create technical documents and CAD drawings
• Ensure that projects meet applicable standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other disciplines within the company to create the desired functionality
• Update and maintain the telecommunication documentation
• Provide internal consulting support

You drive your work forward, are adaptable, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Relevant education, such as in IT, engineering, or electrical
• Several years of work experience as a designer, preferably in the security industry
• Good knowledge of design in MagiCAD electrical and AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of Office 365
• Knowledge of IT and network solutions
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network communication
• Experience in adhering to regulations and internal guidelines
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have completed:

• Basic course or equivalent training for Pacom Unison with Sentrion or its replacement hardware focusing on the system's components and their installation.
• Basic course + equivalent training regarding Bosch IP cameras (Camera fundamentals and Project fundamentals or equivalent) focusing on IP cameras and transmission equipment and their installation.
