For the winter season 2026, we are looking for someone who wants to help rebuild our bakery from the ground up. With us, you will play a central role in the startup, where you and the team will create scents, flavors, and experiences that make our guests' stay in Björkliden even more memorable – right in a magnificent mountain setting.

Your tasks

The work will mainly involve:

• Baking bread and pastries from scratch.
• Preparing dough, fermentation, and baking for daily production.
• Sales and delivery.
• Ensuring that hygiene and safety procedures are followed.

Your profile

We are looking for a meticulous and quality-conscious baker with a passion for the craft. You are curious about trends and want to both develop and be developed. With a good ability to work independently, you take responsibility for the entire process – from dough preparation to finished product, and your goal is always to exceed our guests' expectations. With your positive energy, you contribute to a pleasant working environment. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Qualifications

• Trained baker.
• Previous experience in the profession.
• Driver's license (B).
• Good knowledge of communicating in Swedish and English.

Lapland Resorts AB – the hub of tourism and ski resort operations in Northern Sweden. We are a hotel chain focused on nature and ski tourism as well as conferences and events.
