The role of project manager means that you are responsible for designing, driving, and coordinating projects from start to finish. You will handle the entire project planning and coordination, which involves planning, monitoring, and executing projects in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You are the primary contact person for the customer throughout the process and ensure that the project runs smoothly according to the timeline, budget, and set goals.

Most of our customers are private individuals, which gives you the opportunity to get close to the customer and be a great support for them. We have a strong customer focus, and this role has a significant impact on how customers perceive us. Your approach will be crucial for how the customer experiences us as a company.

We are looking for someone with experience and competence in electrical and/or construction, preferably with experience in the solar energy industry. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to organize and plan work effectively. You also possess good leadership qualities and can create a positive work environment where the team thrives and performs at its best. With your administrative skills and high service orientation, you ensure that the workflow runs smoothly. Additionally, you have a strong ability to coordinate resources and create effective communication between project participants to drive projects forward.

• Relevant work experience in a similar role within the construction/electrical installation industry
• Education and experience as BAS-P and BAS-U
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic knowledge of English in speech and writing

• Experience in the solar energy industry 
• Experience in leadership/project management
• BAM training
• Education in electrical and electrical safety
• Post-secondary education in electrical/technology/project management or equivalent work experience
• Experience and education that meet the requirements for the level “General training on scaffolding”
