As a measuring machine operator at System 3R International AB, you will measure products with the highest precision on advanced Leitz PMM-C machines, set up new jobs, and ensure quality according to technical drawings and tolerances.

About the position This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that System 3R intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. This provides both you and System 3R a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.

System 3R International AB develops and manufactures equipment for increased productivity in series production and tool manufacturing - an area in which they are world leaders. The concept includes everything from pallet/reference systems & robots to software systems for production planning and automation. Product development and production primarily take place in Sweden. Marketing and sales are conducted through the United Machining Solutions sales companies in Europe, the USA, and Asia. The export share amounts to 95%. System 3R International AB has a turnover of approximately 500 million SEK and operates in modern premises in Vällingby, where both the headquarters and production are located.

Job responsibilities

As a measuring machine operator, you will work with a Leitz PMM-C/Leitz PMM-C Ultra and measure products with very high accuracy. You will set up new jobs according to finished programs, although these may require some adjustments before a new production order. Therefore, a strong ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, especially geometric tolerances, is required. Your work will also include checking your own work and reporting deviations.

Contact points in the position consist of colleagues in production technology and the quality department. System 3R manufactures its own developed products, and in the production in Vällingby, machining, hardening, spark machining, grinding, inspection, laser marking, and assembly are performed. We would like you to be open to learning several machines in production.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Technical education in CNC and work experience in a workshop environment
• Previous experience in measurement technology
• Knowledge and experience in reading technical drawings and manual measurement with manual measuring tools
• It is an advantage if you have worked with PC-DMIS and geometric tolerances

As a measuring machine operator, you will face constant new challenges and have the opportunity to work with varying drawings, which requires both curiosity and flexibility. To succeed in this role, you have a strong technical interest and commitment. You are also stress-resistant and enjoy taking responsibility. You have good collaboration skills, self-drive, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
